There was a need to have a standardized leavers process for employees and contractors across VOIS in a more compliant manner by connecting the dots with HR, SCM, and IT.

Our Flexforce team managed the validation of leavers’ data and ensured the contractor’s access was disabled on time and never used again after the end date.

From March 2022 to April 2023, streamlined the off-boarding of 6146 contractors.
We provide our partners and customers with the best and fastest services to find the right products through catalogues and manage purchases and invoices.
We faced difficulties tracking and maintaining the inventory buckets after an increase in the in-transit inventory from warehouse to site. It caused unnecessary delays in asset capitalization and impacted inventory valuation for Local Markets. We resolved the issue by developing a central reporting mechanism, enabling us to track inventory, set KPIs for each local market, and highlight required actions.
At VOIS, we prioritise operations and proactively implement Automation Champion solutions, including an advanced dashboard creation system, the tNPS, for our Supply Chain Management team.
