To replace the old, manual, and time-consuming data collection process and create a new digital dashboard with a consolidated, user-friendly, and real-time interactive display to make informed decisions, allocate resources, and increase efficiency and performance.

Solutions

We innovated an in-house dashboard by harnessing internal talent and know-how of processes. We automated real-time tNPS tracking and replaced the manual Excel report preparation task. The NPS has an online monitoring dashboard with an interactive interface that replaced the tabular interface with limited views, eliminating the need for an hour weekly status report.

Inventory And Capitalization Process Reduction

We faced difficulties tracking and maintaining the inventory buckets after an increase in the in-transit inventory from warehouse to site. It caused unnecessary delays in asset capitalization and impacted inventory valuation for Local Markets. We resolved the issue by developing a central reporting mechanism, enabling us to track inventory, set KPIs for each local market, and highlight required actions.
