Initially, we did manual performance reporting for the Security Ops through Excel files. The Service Controlling team took the initiative and implemented a performance and engagement dashboard with the help of Sec Ops, DAIS, and development teams. The new dashboard removed the need for manual tasks and served as a single source of truth for KPI reporting, facilitating transparency and effective performance reviews.
