Today we celebrate with our LGBTQ+ community and honour diversity in all its forms At VOIS and Vodafone, we create an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can be themselves, belong and be proud of who they are. Our events and celebrations encourage teams to share experiences and embrace differences, while our allyship training educates and advocates for our policies that support our LGBTQ+ community.
We proudly organised volunteering events in collaboration with Magyar Élelmiszerbank Egyesület as part of our #VOISOfChange programme. In the past three months, over 100 volunteers from our Business teams in Hungary dedicated time to preparing meals, desserts, and taking action to make a difference for the lives of others. Together, we create a culture of inclusion, proving that we can make positive changes to our society!
'The Page Turners', our inspiring employee-led initiative, has taken their passion for reading and learning beyond our office walls and into the heart of our community. The team visited a local children's shelter, donating a treasure trove of books and spending precious time reading with the young residents. Our colleagues said it was amazing to foster connections through reading and positively impact society through this innovative approach to community outreach.
