Our events and celebrations encourage teams to share experiences and embrace differences, while our allyship training educates and advocates for our policies that support our LGBTQ+ community.
We had the pleasure of joining the Ain Shams University career day for language speakers in Egypt. As we go beyond recruitment, prioritising the career development of our youth, our Local Markets Operation Manager, Ahmed AlSayyad, delivered a session on 'Career and Self Development', providing the students with the necessary tools and resources to kick-start their professional lives.
We proudly organised volunteering events in collaboration with Magyar Élelmiszerbank Egyesület as part of our #VOISOfChange programme. In the past three months, over 100 volunteers from our Business teams in Hungary dedicated time to preparing meals, desserts, and taking action to make a difference for the lives of others. Together, we create a culture of inclusion, proving that we can make positive changes to our society!
