This model is used to track customer movements during the FY and the impact they have on customer revenue. The process involved a lot of manual effort to gather and transform the various forms of data to encapsulate the varied stages of IBRO, offering minimal data visualization for the business.
Solutions
Provided data analysis for various business rules for the classification of IBRO status monthly/YTD for respective financial years and developed robust data model where all relevant elements bring in one staging layer and transformed as per business logic and aggregated them for better insights of data from QlikSense visualization application.

We developed our process backlog monitoring tool to ensure accurate reporting of financials. Before that, we tracked and maintained these backlogs of unprocessed items through PPT. Now, the new automation tool helps manage backlogs in a better-structured format, providing the benefits of seamless governance, accurate financial reporting, and a more presentable visualized summary.
