He is privileged to chair the Teenage Cancer Trust Corporate Board, act as an advisory board member for Vodafone Business Ventures, a social enterprise within Vodafone, and chair the British Triathlon Trust Board of Trustees.
Wayne is currently Head of Legal, IP Products & Services, sitting on the Legal & Business Integrity Leadership Team in Vodafone Group, reporting to Group General Counsel & Company Secretary, Maaike de Bie. In his new role, Wayne will lead our Legal, Business Integrity and External Affairs functions as a member of the VSOL GMT. He will direct the provision of legal, corporate secretariat, compliance, regulatory and security services to protect our organisation's interests, enable it to achieve its commercial objectives and build trusted partnerships with customers. Wayne joined Vodafone in 2009 and has held a number of leadership positions throughout the organisation including Head of Legal for Partner Markets. He is a champion of diversity and inclusion in the legal profession and an executive sponsor of Vodafone's LGBT+ network.
Petah Green is the driving force behind the Commercial team at VOIS, a cornerstone of Vodafone's shared services organization. With a wealth of experience spanning leadership and strategy formulation, Petah spearheads innovative solutions that resonate with both Business and Consumer needs.At VOIS, Petah's team seamlessly navigates every aspect of the business customer life cycle, propelling enterprises forward through a suite of value-added services. Meanwhile, our Consumer division excels in cultivating robust customer relationships, leveraging cutting-edge technology to deliver premium care across various channels.With over 9,800 dedicated professionals and a vast array of services spanning seven global centers, VOIS under Petah's guidance continues to set industry standards in service excellence and innovation.Bringing a rich history of leadership from esteemed tech giants like Google, HP, Siemens, Microsoft, and Oracle, Petah is adept at orchestrating complex initiatives across diverse teams and landscapes. In late 2024 Carl was appointed Business Operations & Transformation Director, accountable for end-to-end operational performance assurance and strategy execution of VOIS. His role is instrumental to the set-up, and effective operation of VOIS as it transforms into a commercial business. Carl will provide leadership and direction to translate the VOIS strategy into day-to-day operations. Carl has 28 years of experience leading large global teams to deliver a broad range of business and technology services and drive business transformation. He joined Accenture in 1996 and throughout his career has been part of Accenture’s business services organisation – Accenture Operations. Most recently he has held several leadership positions, including Global Delivery Lead for Operations, EMEA Delivery & Transformation Lead and Operations Global Quality Lead. Carl lives in Berkshire, is married and has 3 children. His hobbies include running, going to the gym and driving his children around!
Since January 2019, Pedro has been the IT Operations, Infrastructure and Technology VOIS Director. He is responsible for the operations of all applications in Vodafone European Markets and Vodafone data centres.Additionally, he manages the Technology centres, a growing team of over 13000 employees across Egypt, India, Romania, and Spain that aims to be the best System Integrator to the Vodafone Organisation and support the insourcing of technical skills.Pedro Sardo joined Vodafone in 2015 as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Vodafone UK. He led IT and Digital transformation, positioning Vodafone UK as a leading example of a digital organisation.Previously, Pedro Sardo was the CIO of Oi, the largest telecom company in Brazil, and before that, he was the CIO at Portugal Telecom (now Altice Portugal) for eight years. He also worked as a Business Technology Consultant for McKinsey for five years and at Procter & Gamble for five years.
Sara Heuer is an experienced finance and accounting professional with expertise in global shared services and outsourcing. She is the Global GBS Leader across Fraud and Security, Data and Analytics, Record to Report, Intercompany, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Real Estate, Commissions,Treasury, Roaming, Interconnect, and Controlling. Sara brings corporate-level accounting and reporting experience. She is proficient in managing global transformational projects. Highlyskilled at Controls and Risk Management within complex group structures. Adept in driving innovation adoption processes like blockchain, robotics, and process mining.Sara is a Supervisory Board Member and ACCA fellow. She holds an Executive MBA from the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan.
Chris is Director of Commercial & Go-To-Market, responsible for our Customer Leadership, Growth and Commercial capability within VOIS. Chris and his team are charged with taking the scale, skills & capability built over the last 14 years within Vodafone, industrializing it and making it available for the wider Telco market.Prior to joining VOIS in October 2024, Chris was Managing Director at Accenture, sitting on their Communications Leadership team in EMEA.
Sara joined Vodafone in 2018, holding a range of roles in Group Financial Control, from leading the Innovation team in Finance Operations & Controls to now holding the role of Head of Finance & Transformation for Corporate Functions. Prior to Vodafone, Sara spent 11 years in professional services, providing Finance Advisory services to a portfolio of global clients, including Procter & Gamble and Telefonica
