We partnered with Vodafone and created Blockchain to align the details of the buyer and the seller services in one journey. This repository had details such as price, cost, contract start date, etc., allowing our selling partner to create an invoice for services the buying partner had pre-validated. We eliminated time spent validating invoices and pricing, allowing both parties time to meet customer needs both parties with time to meet customer needs. Our idea delivered concrete benefits that other functions can adopt as a new approach.

Challenges
We wanted to link all the services from different providers that fulfil a customer's requirement and to fill the gap between service quality and technical and commercial inter-operator issues in the telecom sector. We aimed to link all the services from different providers to fulfil our customer's needs. The objective was to remove the inefficiencies by establishing a trusted service repository across the industry so that all telecom providers could use it to align their service inventories.Internal processes such as service ordering and 3rd party invoice payment could be more efficient. It used to take time to ensure that orders and payments were accurate and identify the components in a circuit that may need attention and quality of service to the end customer.
Solutions
We established a close relationship with our lead partners - Colt, DTGC, and PCCW Global. We worked together and created a vision of how the industry could work more efficiently with different cross-functional teams across the Business. We developed a low-key proof-of-concept Blockchain solution that was just enough to demonstrate the idea's value. We gained sponsorship and built a SAFe, agile programme to integrate the Blockchain into our Business-as-usual tools and processes.We closely worked with business stakeholders to ensure we met their essential needs as we developed the technology. When onboarding our suppliers, we undertook a detailed data cleanse before moving them on to our new solution.

VOIS Corporate Security (DLP) team partnered with HR, IT, InfoSec, and DLP technology teams and formulated a process to enhance security by preventing data breaches. As a result, more than 34 incidents were detected and arrested at the source, preventing data breaches. The new control guarded the company from any financial, regulatory, and reputational impact.
Our Business team's goal is to generate value through innovation and scale. Tons of creative ideas don’t see the daylight because there is no proper place to present those ideas. We took the initiative to solve this issue and developed a platform for our employees to express themselves creatively by allowing them to implement those ideas through NOVA, a platform for idea generation through a challenge posted by business leaders.
