Together with VOIS and LYNQTECH, it now plans to take these capabilities to the next stage, further strengthening its AI and data expertise. VOIS brings international expertise in data, technology and digital transformation, working closely with LYNQTECH. LYNQTECH, enercity's wholly owned digital transformation subsidiary, is responsible for managing the partnership and integrating the work into enercity's existing technology landscape. The collaboration further strengthens VOIS's growing expertise in the energy sector, combining its global capabilities with deep industry knowledge to help utility providers accelerate transformation at scale.
Key initiatives include: • Expanding enercity's AI Factory, its platform for developing and scaling AI applications • Enhancing the company's enterprise data hub • Making data easier to use across the business • Improving data-driven decision-making • Accelerating the rollout of new digital solutions VOIS will apply its Shared Intelligence approach to help connect the data, technology and human experts needed to scale AI across its complex business environments. The aim is to establish a market-leading model for AI-powered energy operations, digital customer services and data-driven decision-making. The transformation is intended to support long-term growth and operational resilience as enercity evolves into an AI-driven energy company.
